Attractions of Aban (October - November)
1- Wild Goats courtship display: During October and November, large males start
fighting in the cliffs and rocks edges. This species is common in most of mountainous
areas of Iran.


2- Lammergeier (Bearded Vulture): This is the largest Bird in Iran. This species
in Iran lives in high altitude mountains and feeds on dead carcasses.

3- Flamingo's migration: By reaching colder seasons, flamingo's migrate in large
flocks to wetlands in the south. Miankaleh W.R., lake Uromiyeh N.P. and Parishan
international wetland are main destinations of this species in Iran.

4- Parvar P.A.: In this protected area tracks of Brown Bear and Wolf could be easily
observed. This semi-forest area located in Semnan province is surrounded by some
other protected areas. Molla'deh is one of the villages in the area with great attraction
of culture and rural tourism.


5- Rud'khan Castle: Located in Gilan province is a fascinating castle surrounded
by forests and fog.

6- Pit Viper: This Viper is the only member of Crotalidae in Iran, which has a pit
between eyes and nose. Distribution of this snake is in Tehran, Gilan, Mazandaran,
Golestan and Semnan provinces.

7- Desert trekking: While the cold weather is near desert is the host of desert
trekkers, who trek sandy hills between sunrise and sunset of these arid areas.

8- Caravansaries: For years and years the Silk Road was the wideness of the journey
of our pasts. Caravansaries could be observed in most of desert areas in Iran.

9- Cough: This vegetarian species of Corvidae has a lot of fling figure behaviors.
You can observe this bird in high mountainous areas.

10- Shahrestanak: Shahrestanak village (Tehran) is one of the symbols of village
landscapes of this part of Iran. Above the red orange trees of fall there is a beautiful
view for visitors.
